Order 02/01/2018 This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the submissions that aggrieved by action of the respondents, the petitioners filed appeals before the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal ('the Tribunal'); the Tribunal passed interim order staying the order passed by the respondents, however, in (2 of 2) [CW-16097/2017] violation of the said order passed by the Tribunal dated 16.01.2013 and 30.01.2013, the respondents were implementing the order, which was stayed by the Tribunal.
Further submissions have been made that the appeals are pending since the year 2013 before the Tribunal and the same are not being taken up for final hearing. A prayer has been made that the Tribunal be directed to hear and decide the appeals expeditiously.
In view of the submissions made in the writ petition and the fact that the appeals are pending since the year 2013, the Tribunal is directed to hear and decide the appeals filed by the petitioners as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before the Tribunal.
The writ petition filed by the petitioners with the above directions stands disposed of.
