(7)The licensee shall cause to be legibly painted with oil colour on some conspicuous part of every vat, mashtun, under back, cooper, heating-tank, cooler, fermenting-vessels etc. to be used by him the purpose for which it is used. Where more than one vat, vessel, room or place is used for the same purpose, they shall bear distinctive serial numbers.
