Section 5(3) in Jharkhand Freedom of Religion Act, 2017
(3)Whoever fails without sufficient cause, to comply with the provisions of subsection (1) and (2) shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine which may extend to rupees five thousand or with both.
