Section 1 in Nagar Parishad Sasaram Plastic Waste Management Bye-laws, 2018

1. Short Title and Commencement.

- (i) These bye-laws shall be called the Nagar Parishad Sasaram Plastic Waste Management Bye-laws, 2018.
(ii)It shall come into force after 60 days from the date of publication of Gazette Notification on Plastic Carry bag by Department of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of Bihar.
