Section 1 in Andhra Pradesh Co-Operative Societies Act, 1964
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1964.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force on such date [as the ,Government may, by notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, appoint] [With effect from 1-8-1964, vide G.O.Ms.No. 1924, dated 25-7-1964. ].
