Section 26 in Industrial Disputes (Punjab) Rules, 1958

26. Fees for copies of awards or other documents of Labour Court, or Tribunal. -

(1)Fees for making a copy of an award of a Labour Court or Tribunal or any document filed in any proceedings before a Labour Court or Tribunal be charged as follows :-
(a)for the first 200 words or less 75 naye Paise
(b)for every additional 100 words or fraction thereof 37 naye Paise :
Provided that where an award or a document exceeds five pages, the approximate number of words per page shall be taken as the basis for calculating the total number of words to the nearest hundred for the purpose of assessing the copying fee :
(2)For certifying a copy of any such award or a document, fee of Re. 1 shall be payable.(2-A) Fees for supply of unattested copies of depositions shall be charged as follows :-
(a)where application is made before hand -
(i) for the first four pages orless 25 naye Paise
(ii) for every additional page orpart thereof 6 naye Paise.
(b)when application is not made before hand -
(i) for the first four pages orless 50 naye Paise
(ii) for every additional page orpart thereof 6 naye Paise.
(3)Copying and certifying fees shall be payable in cash in advance.
(4)Where a party applies for immediate delivery of a copy of any such award or document, an additional fee equal to one-half of the fee leviable under this rule shall be payable.
