Section 26(1)(a) in The Bihar Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation Act, 1956

(a)Every raiyat, any part of whose holding has been contributed for public purposes under this Act, shall be paid for the land so contributed, amount equal to four times the annual rent reduced under Section 25.
