20. Infrastructure requirements for a warehouse.
(1)The applicant shall demonstrate the compliance of the warehouse with the infrastructure requirements as specified by the Authority from time to time.(2)The Authority shall specify the manner in which an applicant shall be required to comply with the requirements set out under this rule.(3)The Authority may conduct or cause to be conducted a physical inspection of the warehouse to satisfy itself that the information submitted under this rule is correct.(4)The Authority may not grant a certificate of registration in respect of a warehouse concerned unless it is satisfied that the warehouse concerned meets the requirements under this rule.
