(2)Without prejudice lo the generality of the provisions, contained in sub-section (1), sub committees shall in particular be constituted in the prescribed manner to :-(i)Monitor creation of employment and co-ordinate implementation of employment generation, including self-employment schemes in the district.(ii)Plan and co-ordinate specific schemes for Welfare of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes and other Weaker sections.
