Section 7(1) in Bihar Intermediate Education Council (Establishment of Colleges and Conduct of Examination) Rules, 1994
(1)An application for recognition shall be made in prescribed Form -(a)by an officer authorised by the Government in case of an institution established and owned by the Government.(b)by the Organizing or the Managing Body in case of any other Institution.
