111. Delegation of function of the Election Commission with regard to requisition.
- The Election Commission may, by notification, direct that any powers conferred or any duty imposed by any of the provisions of Sections 105 to 110 shall under such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the direction, be exercised or discharged by such officer or class of officers as may be specified therein.
