Section 15 in The Orissa Panchayat Samiti Election Rules, 1991
15. Ballot paper.
(1)Only the printed ballot papers as contained in Form No. 11 shall be used for the election of the Member of Samiti.(2)The ballot papers for the election of the Member of the Samiti shall bear the symbols assigned by the Election Officer to each contesting candidate.(3)The ballot papers which bear the seal and signature of the Presiding Officer of the polling station shall be issued to the voters.
