	Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records compromised in proceedings No.SFPC/PC-3 on the file of the Permanent Committee Constituted for Fixation of Fee for Private Professional Educational Institutions/first respondent dated 23.08.2004 and to quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to fix the fee for the petitioner College afresh after holding due enquiry as per law within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court.

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents jointly submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

2.Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the present committee, if so desired. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
