(4)The Government may appoint any person, whether a member of the Urban Station Committee or not, to be Chairperson or Deputy Chairperson or may authorise such committee to elect its Chairperson or Deputy Chairpersons or both and fix the term of the office of Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson.
