Section 36 in Rajasthan Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Act, 2005
36. Savings.
- All lawful actions taken or purported to have been taken by a Sports Association under the Rajasthan Societies Registration Act, 1958 (Act No. 28 of 1958) prior to the commencement of this Act, shall be deemed to have been taken by virtue of its being registered as a Sports Association under this Act.
