(51)Rule 98. - (a) Insert "or on his behalf" after the word "instigation" wherever it occurs.(b)Substitute a comma for the full stop at the end of the rule and add the following :-"and may order the person or persons who it holds responsible for such resistance or obstruction to pay jointly or severally, in addition to costs, reasonable compensation to the decree-holder or the purchaser, as the case may be, for the delay and expense caused to him in obtaining possession. The order made thereon shall have the same force and be subject to the same conditions as to appeal or otherwise as if it were a decree."
