(1)A true copy of the minutes of the proceedings of every drawing certified as such by the foreman shall be filed by him with the Registrar within fourteen days from the date of the instalment to which it relates or before the date of the next succeeding instalment, whichever is earlier.(2)If the foreman makes default in complying with the requirements of sub-section (1) or section 13, he shall be punishable with fine which may extent to one hundred rupees for every day during which he continues so to make default.
