Section 14 in The Haryana Municipal Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014
14. Right of street vendor for a new site or area on relocation.
- Every street vendor who possesses a certificate of vending shall in case of his relocation under section 16, be entitled, as far as possible, for new site or area, as the case may be, for carrying out his vending activities as may be determined by the municipality in consultation with the town vending committee.
