Section 8 in District Legal Services Authority Regulations, 1998
8. 1) The District Authority shall maintain a fund to be called District Legal Services Authority Fund to which shall be credited :-
a) such amounts as may be allocated and granted to it by the State Authority;b) all such amounts received by the District Authority by way of donations;c) all such amounts, charges and expenses as are recovered from the persons to whom legal service is provided or the opposite party.
