Section 8(2)(d) in West Bengal Thika Tenancy (Acquisition and Regulation) Rules, 2004

(d)initially the licence shall be issued for one year and may be renewed every year on due satisfaction of the Controller and upon realisation of licence fees in arrears, if any, together with 6.25% per annum interest thereon.
