Section 52 in Bihar Boiler Operation Engineer's Rules, 1960
52. Fees for examination.
- The candidates for examination for certificate of proficiency shall pay a fee of Rs. 30 which shall not be returnable.Note. - All fees for examination for certificate of proficiency as a Boiler Operation Engineer leviable under these Rules shall be paid into the Dhanbad Treasury by means of challans or may be paid by Crossed Indian Postal Orders or may be paid by cheques to the Chief Inspector of Boilers, Bihar drawn on the State Bank of India, Dhanbad. The Indian Postal Orders and the Cheques must be crossed and drawn in favour of the Chief Inspector of Boilers, Bihar by designation and not by name. All such fees whether paid into the said treasury by means of challans or Crossed Indian Postal Orders or paid by Crossed Cheques, shall be credited to the receipt head "XXXVI - Miscellaneous Departments - Examination Fees - Other Examination fees".
