Section 18(2) in Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act, 1965
(2)Where two or more co-operative societies are amalgamated into a new co-operative society in accordance with the provisions of section 16 or 17, the registration of each of the amalgamated societies shall stand cancelled on the registration of the new society and each society shall be deemed to have been dissolved and shall cease to exist as a corporate body.
