Section 20 in The Multi-State Co-Operative Societies Rules, 2002
20. Election of the office bearers.
(1)The election of the office bearers of the board shall be conducted as per the programme given in the election schedule.(2)The eligibility of the candidates for the election of office bearers shall be subject to the provisions contained in sections 43 and 44 of the Act.
