Section 21(1) in The Bombay Rents, Hotel and Lodging House Rates Control Act, 1947
(1)Every landlord shall, upon a notice served upon him by the tenant by post or in any other manner, furnish to such tenant within one month or the receipt of such notice a statement giving full particulars of the amount of standard rent of the premises or part thereof let to such tenant and of the permitted increases.
