Section 6(4)(iv) in Allotment of Government Residences (General Pool in Delhi) Rules, 1963

(iv)An officer who accepts an offer of allotment shall not be made another allotment in a lower type of accommodation subsequently and his/her name will be deleted from the waiting lists for lower types of accommodation after acceptance.
