Section 18(ii) in The Orissa Animal Contagious Diseases Act, 1949
(ii)no compensation shall be paid in respect of any animal which, when it was brought into the [State] [Substituted vide Adaptation Laws Order, 1950.] of Orissa, was affected with the disease on account of which it was destroyed.
