Section 23(b) in The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (Terms and Conditions of Appointment and Discipline of the Employees) Rules, 1982
(b)Every employee shall have democrative rights, but no employee shall be a member of any political party. If any questing arises whether t a party is a political party, the decision of the Board shall be final.
