the Constitution of India praying to quash the declaration of
election of R-3 to R-22 dated 15.11.11 vide Annexure-C and etc.
These writ petitions coming on for preliminary hearing this
day, the Court made the following:
ORDER
These petitions are rejected on the short ground of the maintainability keeping all the contentions open and reserving the liberty to the petitioners to challenge the declaration of the election of the respondent Nos.3 to 22 as the executive committee members of the respondent No.2 in appropriate proceedings.
