Section 111(1) in The Ajmer Tenancy and Land Records Act, 1950
(1)If a landholder compels his tenant to render any service, or makes use of any cattle or any agricultural implement of his tenant against the will of such tenant, whether for remuneration or not, the sub-divisional officer shall, on the application of the tenant made within one month of such service or useand on the charge being established, award to the tenant a sum, not exceeding one hundred rupees, as compensation.
