Section 9(a) in The Orissa Affiliation of Bar Association Scheme, 1981
(a)if it fails to pay, and apply, for renewal within 3 months from the due date, provided, however, on payment of penalty of Rs. 30 together with the renewal fee within 3 months after the disaffiliation, the Council may reaffiliate the association;
