(2)The Wards Committee shall be composed of the following members, namely :(a)the Councillors representing the Ward who shall be the President thereof;(b)an elector of the Ward to be nominated by the Chairperson of the Municipality; and(c)the Executive Officer or any other official of the Municipality as may be authorised by the Executive Officer.
