15. Repeal.
- After issuance of these regulations the previous regulations namely Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Procurement of Power From Renewable Sources of Energy by Distribution Licensees) Regulations, 2008 shall stand repealed automatically. However Power Procurement Agreements) already executed as per precious Regulations of 2008 shall be further governed by these Regulations.
