Section 35(4) in Madurai-Kamaraj University Act, 1965
(4)No person shall be admitted to any course of study for admission to the examinations for titles, diplomas or certificates of the University unless he -(i)has passed the entrance test prescribed therefor by the Syndicate; and(ii)fulfills such other conditions as may be prescribed by the Syndicate.
