Section 1(4) in The M.P. Shops and Establishments Act, 1958
(4)[ This Act shall apply in the first instance to the local areas specified in Schedule I. The State Government may, by notification, direct that all or any of the provisions of this Act shall apply to any other local area as may be specified in the notification on such date as may be fixed therein and different dates may be fixed for different provisions of this Act and for different classes of establishments.] [Substituted by M.P.
