Section 112(1) in The Bihar Panchayat Raj Act, 2006
(1)An appeal against any order or decision of a bench of the Gram Katchahry shall be preferred within the period of thirty days after the date of the passing of such order or decision to the full bench of the Gram Katchahry and shall be heard by it in the prescribed manner.
