Section 43(2)(iv) in Rajasthan Agricultural University Act, 1962

(iv)[ all colleges as were specified as Agriculture Wing Colleges in sub-section (1) of section 25 prior to the said commencement shall be deemed to have ceased to be the colleges of the University on the date of the said commencement and the colleges specified in the said sub-section as amended by the said Act shall continue to be the colleges of the University so reconstituted; [Substituted, by Act No. 37 of 1987 dated 7- 11-1987.]
