Section 4(1) in The Chhattisgarh Municipalities (The Conduct of Business of the Mayor-In-Council/President-In-Council and the Powers and Functions of the Authorities) Rules, 1998
(1)In every Municipal Councils and in every Nagar Panchayats, the President-in-Council shall consist of President and seven members in case of Municipal Council and President and five members in case of Nagar Panchayat.
