285. Rules and bye-laws to be available for inspection and purchase.-
(1)A copy of all rules and bye-laws made under this Act shall be kept at the office of the [Board] [Substituted by Act 24 of 1936, S.69, for "Cantonment Authority" ] and shall, during office hours, be open free of charge to inspection by any inhabitant of the cantonment.(2)Copies of all such rules and bye-laws shall be kept at the office or the [Board] [Substituted by Act 24 of 1936, S.69, for "Cantonment Authority" ], [and shall be sold to the public at cost price signly, or in collections at the option of the purchaser] [Substituted by Act 24 of 1936, s.67 for "for sale to the public"].
