Section 65(1) in Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University Act, 1996
(1)It shall be the duty of the first Vice-Chancellor to make arrangements for constituting the Syndicate, the Academic Senate and such other authorities of the University within six months from the date of his appointment or such longer period not exceeding one year as the Government may, by notification, direct.
