Section 25G(1)(b) in Bihar Land Reforms Rules, 1951

(b)Where ad interim payment is to be made to a minor, who is the solitary claimant to such payment the payment shall be made to the minor's guardian after obtaining from him an indemnity bond in Form O(2).
