Section 58(1)(c) in The Bihar Co-operative Societies Rules, 1959

(c)A registered society shall exhibit at its office, its last annual balancesheet as audited and certified by the auditor, as also the audit report. The Registrar may direct the publication in the Official Gazette of the audited balance sheet of a registered society.
