Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner's criminal appeal no. 001636-1638/2018 against the judgment dated 31.10.2018 of this Court convicting the petitioner under Section 302/364/307/201/120-B/34 IPC is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and it would be appropriate if this application is moved before the Hon'ble Apex Court. 2.0. At this stage, Ld. counsel for the petitioner requests for time for making further submissions.
