(b)The holder of Quarry permit shall allow Deputy Director/Mining Officer/Assistant Mining Officer/Mining Inspector or any officer authorised by the Collector or Zila Panchayat/Janpad Panchayat/ Gram Panchayat to inspect quarrying operations and verify the accounts;
