(a)contravenes -(i)any order made or deemed to have been made under section 3, 4, 5 [, 6, 6A, 6B or 6C] [These figures, letters and word were substituted for the word and figure 'or 6' by Bombay 41 of 1949, Section 8(1).]; or(ii)any or the provisions of this Act; or
