Section 14(1) in Tamil Nadu Music and Fine Arts University Act, 2013
(1)The Finance Officer shall be a whole-time salaried officer of the University appointed by the Syndicate from out of a panel of three names recommended by the Government. The qualification and the method of recruitment shall be such as may be prescribed.
