2. Definitions.
- In these Rules -(a)"The Act" means the Goa, Daman and Diu Administration of Evacuee Property Act, 1964.(b)"Form" means a Form appended to these Rules.(c)"Section" and "Sub-Section" mean respectively, a section and a sub-section of the Act.(d)All other terms and expressions used herein but not defined shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
