Section 3(2) in Himachal Pradesh City Transport and Bus Stands Management and Development Authority Act, 1999
(2)The Authority shall be a body corporate by name aforesaid having a perpetual succession and a common seal with power, subject to the provisions of this Act, to acquire, hold and dispose of property both movable and immovable and to contract and shall by the said name sue and be sued.[3) The Authority shall consist of,-(a)Chairman to be nominated by the Government, by notification;(b)The Chief Executive Officer of the Himachal Pradesh Bus Stands Management and Development Authority; Ex-officio Member.(c)Not less than three but not more than six non official members to be nominated by the Government, by notification;(d)Not less than three but not more than six official member to be nominated by the Government, by notification; and(e)The Secretary, State Transport Authority, Himachal Pradesh Ex-officio Secretary.]
