Section 10(1) in Oil Industry Development Board Employees (Death-cum-Retirement) Gratuity Rules, 1983
(1)An employee who is dismissed, removed or compulsorily retired but is reinstated on appeal or revision is entitled to the benefit of his past service for the purpose of gratuity.
