Section 34 in The Himachal Pradesh Holdings (Consolidation and Prevention of Fragmentation) Act, 1971
34. Coming into force of such scheme.
- As soon as the persons entitled to possession of holdings under this Act have entered into possession of holdings respectively allotted to them, the scheme shall be deemed to have come into force.
