12. Sale of poison.
(1)Sale of poison, as far as practicable, shall be made by the license-holder in person or where the license-holder is a firm or a company, through or under supervision of an accredited representative of such firm or company.(2)A person holding license for possession and sale of poisons granted under these rules shall store and sell the poison from the premises specified in the license.
